Gu Mingyo’s performance was impressive in the declaration of sacrifice. Koo Min-kyo, who scored in every quarter, led the team to victory with a triple-double of 35 points, 18 rebounds, and 10 assists.
Koo Min-kyo said, “I tried to solve the problem by leading the game, but since my teammates were in good shooting condition at the beginning of the game, I thought it would be good to solve the problem by passing. Thanks to my teammates, I was able to get a triple-double with many assists.”
Gu Min-kyo has received a lot of attention since her first year of high school. Since her freshman year, she has been a starter on the team and has made a name for herself as an ace.
Koo Min-kyo said, “The reason I was able to score the most points on the team and play an active role from the first to the third year was because I had good teammates next to me. Thanks to my teammates, I was able to easily score goals and make assists.” He added, “The friends scattered in the middle helped me out. “But I have friends who were with me through Ansan Elementary School, Annam Middle School, and Jemulpogo. It’s the end of my high school life and I’m preparing for college, so now we’ll be parting ways, but I’m very sad,” he said.스포츠토토
Gu Min-gyo is now preparing for the university stage. When Koo Min-kyo goes to college, there is a possibility that his older brother Koo In-kyo, who was with him through high school, Kang Seong-wook, and Park Sang-hyuk (all of Sungkyunkwan University) will meet him on the court wearing a different uniform from Jemulpo High School seniors.
Koo Min-kyo said with a smile, “There is nothing like that on the court. It’s important to win at all costs. I think it’s polite to do your best no matter who you meet.”
After the fall competition, the National Sports Festival will be held in October. Gu Minkyo concludes its high school career with the National Sports Festival.
Gu Min-kyo expressed his determination, saying, “My goal is to win this competition as well. My goal is to work well with my teammates and continue our good performance until the National Sports Festival.”
