The Los Angeles Dodgers extended their winning streak to two games behind ace Julio Urias (27).
The Dodgers defeated the Pittsburgh Pirates 5-2 on Sunday at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, Calif. It was their second straight win.
Urias pitched six innings, allowing two runs on three hits and one walk while striking out eight to earn the win. Urias, who won 20 games in 2021 to become the Dodgers’ ace, has struggled this season, going 5-5 with a 4.76 ERA in 12 games (64 1/3 innings). He was tagged for 11 runs in his last two outings, but rebounded with a quality start (six innings, three earned runs or less). The bullpen of Nick Robertson (one scoreless inning), Bruce Graterol (one scoreless inning), and Alex Vecchia (one scoreless inning) preserved the win.메이저놀이터
